What does healthy eating mean to you?
Is healthy eating really about have so many rigid rules to follow? Is that truly a good way to live? *sorry to folks who struggle with ++ food allergies, I know you didn’t choose this!
It’s important to examine where we get our nutrition information from. Is it biased towards a product or an ideal that isn’t attainable or sustainable? Is the person giving the advice struggling with their own body image or clearly painting a picture to elicit feelings of inadequacy in us?
Healthy eating means eating with balance (fun foods included!) and eating enough. Most importantly, it also means having a good relationship with food that is guilt and stress freeeee 🤸
