The client went on further to say “Although I regretted going down this path and feeling like the ED took a big chunk of time away from living my life, I couldn’t have known the things that I know now if I didn’t go through it all. And I am so glad now for it.” 
No one ever chooses to get sick, we do not need to blame ourselves for this. And by reclaiming our power and taking responsibility for our own healing- we arrive at a place that’s brighter than we can ever imagine.
