Client Quote #7: Passing thoughts
We all have thoughts, crazy thoughts, guilty thoughts, wild thoughts, outrageous thoughts, shameful thoughts. But we are not our thoughts, we are the kind and compassionate observer behind the thoughts. Which means, we get to choose whether the thoughts are helpful for us or not.
With practice, we can let the unhelpful ones pass…they usually do in about 90 seconds. Easier too if we let ourselves stay distracted for a bit 🎮♟📺
